::How do I order?
Our shopping cart could not be easier, all you have to do is select the "Colour" and "Size" of the shoe you want from our selection, then click on the "add to cart" button. Once inside our cart you can edit the QUANTITY and select your location from the drop down list, adding your postal or zip code will ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your goods. Should you have a "Special Offer" code, this can also be entered at the this stage.
***IMPORTANT***We highly recommend that you UPDATE the cart before proceeding to the Google Checkout, this will ensure that you are shown the exact amount you will need to pay, taking into account quantity, postage and discount codes.

::How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders received before 3pm on any business day will be dispatched via Business Post Express Courier (not Royal Mail) for delivery the next business day(*). For all overseas orders we will usually dispatch the same day via AirMail, local postage delivery times apply.

::Do you intend to sell other styles or colours?
We currently offer flats and heels in blue or black in a range of sizes, however we are always interested in expanding our range and enjoy receiving customer feedback.

::What if my shoes arrive and they don't fit or I am not 100% delighted with them?
We have taken great care to ensure our shoes are UK standard sizes, however, unworn footwear can be returned to our warehouse at the following address:

Once we have received the shoes we will be happy to either send you a replacement pair or refund your money should you prefer. The same applies if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the shoes, unworn, with an accompanying cover letter detailing the reason for the return and we will refund your money - no quibbles! Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of return postage.
